Couples Therapy
What to expect…
Couples often seek therapy when they find themselves caught in painful, repetitive patterns that leave both partners feeling misunderstood, disconnected, or alone. While the specific issues may vary (communication difficulties, conflict, intimacy concerns, life transitions, infidelity, or differing needs and expectations) the underlying experience is often one of longing for connection while struggling to find a way toward one another.
My style is active, collaborative, warm, and direct. I strive to create a space where both partners feel heard and understood, while also helping the relationship itself become the focus of our work. Through greater awareness, emotional engagement, and mutual understanding, couples can develop a stronger foundation for intimacy, resilience, and lasting change.
I am also a sex-positive, kink allied therapist. I have expertise in working with non-traditional relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy, open relationships, and kink power exchanges.
