Group Therapy
What to expect…
Interpersonal process group therapy offers a unique opportunity to better understand yourself through your interactions with others. In a small group setting, members explore patterns in how they relate, communicate, manage conflict, and seek connection.
Often, the struggles we face outside of therapy - feeling misunderstood, disconnected, anxious, or stuck in familiar roles - emerge within the group itself. This creates a powerful space to notice these patterns in real time and experiment with new ways of relating.
Group therapy can help you:
Develop greater self-awareness
Improve communication and emotional expression
Understand recurring relationship patterns
Build confidence in connection and vulnerability
Feel less alone in your struggles
The group becomes a space not only for support, but for meaningful growth and change through relationships.
